Are You A Registered Builder And Are You Insured?
Yes. We are registered and licensed with the QBCC since 2007 and have never had a demerit point, unresolved issue or claim on the home warranty insurance. Our license number is 1151869
All of our work is fully insured and guaranteed.
How Will I Be Kept Informed Throughout The Building Process?

How long do renovations take?

What Kind of Warranty Do You Provide?
We offer a six-month warranty on minor building works and six and half years on all major structural work. Our extensive experience and stringent quality assurance procedures have resulted in zero major structural defects on any of our projects.”

We use Master Builders fixed price contracts.

Greg and his team of Castle construction have completed an excellent job on our house renovation. We cannot speak highly enough of Greg, continually achieving a high level of quality and demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Greg was easy to deal with and down to earth through the whole process. Communication throughout the renovation was excellent. He was extremely thorough, explaining every step and answering all our questions along the way.
Greg was accommodating when hurdles came up and worked around them with ease. He also had awesome ideas and alternatives to our design which incredibly improved our house layout and design. The end result was better than we could imagine and we could not be happier.

I employed Castle Construction based on the positive reviews and the reasonable price quoted for the work. From the outset at the initial quoting I was impressed with Greg’s professionalism and attention to detail.
The quote provided was comprehensive and set out each stage of the work. I had a mezzanine floor and office constructed in my house along with an additional door fitted in the hallway. Greg’s team was punctual, professional and obviously took pride in their work. Throughout the process I was kept fully informed on progress. A couple of additions I required after work commenced presented no problems at all with a slight variation to the price.

My Wife & I had the good fortune to hire Greg Rice as the principle builder for our home in Broadbeach Waters. I myself am a plumber by trade, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with a builder who was clearly a master of his trade.
