New homes, home additions/extensions, renovations, house raising, fit outs as well as significant hotel, commercial and factory refurbishments are among our growing project portfolio. While we have diverse experience in the industry, we would openly say that our speciality is medium to large house additions and renovations.
One of the most important parts of what we do is the relationships we build with our clients. Greg has been in building industry for over thirty years and has a wealth of knowledge. Starting his career as a City & Guilds carpenter and joiner, Greg later progressed to site supervision over multi-million-dollar projects throughout the London area.
Greg had travelled and worked in Australia on a gap year in 1994 and loved the country, climate, surf and people and finally emigrated in 2004 with his family. Within three years, Greg obtained his Australian carpentry licence and builders’ licence through Master Builders and established Castle Construction in 2007. Now, nearly 20 years on, Greg still harbours a deep passion for forming strong client relationships and delivering high quality work with Castle Construction.
Generating hundreds of happy clients over the years has put Castle in the fortunate position where most of their work comes through recommendations or previous clients coming back for new projects. That said, we’re always excited to meet new clients and see if we can assist them with their building requirements.
Over the last few years and looking into the future Castle Construction have scaled back the quantity of projects they undertake each year to allow them to focus on quality not quantity. This allows Greg, as the project manager, to spend more time with clients and carry out on-site supervision as well as off-site management. Greg also assists his tight-knit team of high-quality tradesmen that it has taken many years to develop.
