Cayman Drive was a major renovation project, taking a contemporary 1990’s style 4 bedroom Gold Coast home on a 771m² block, and turning it into a stunning 6 bedroom modern looking home.
Anita and her husband Chandra purchased Cayman Drive in April 2014. The large 4 bedroom waterfront home was finished in a brick style, which was typical for homes built on the Gold Coast during the 90’s. Soon after moving in, Anita and her husband decided to undertake a major renovation and expansion of the property.

Having selected Castle Construction to undertake the renovation, work commenced in December 2014. Although this was a major project, Castle structured the work in order for the family to remain living in the home for the duration of the construction work. In total the project took just 16 weeks and was completed on-time and on-budget. Another factor that impressed Anita was that Greg was on-site nearly every day. Having previously completed many major renovations on similar sized homes Greg would often suggest better ways of doing things, which Anita appreciated, and if she was ever unsure or unhappy with anything, Castle would simply re-do the work until full satisfaction was achieved.
Throughout the project there were numerous Castle Construction tradespeople on-site and it was noted how polite, clean and tidy they always were. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Anita and her family could not have been any happier with their new home when all work was completed.
