Tradewinds Ave, Paradise Point

Ross and Maureen love their home on the Coast and spend a lot of time entertaining friends and family. When they bought their home 19 years ago renovations were made in the kitchen and bathrooms but their kitchen had always felt too small and the ceilings too low. They’d been considering a renovation because they wanted a change and Maureen wanted the dream kitchen she never had. The pandemic gave them a visitor free period, so they grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

They invited Greg from Castle Construction to quote and they were impressed by how positive he was. Other builders had told them the ceiling couldn’t be done but Greg was certain he could get more height and helped with ideas for a larger kitchen. Nothing was “too hard”. Maureen and Ross were immediately confident with Greg, it felt different dealing with him. He was very professional and gave us a very detailed quotation and plan.

To achieve the look and feel Greg and the team got to work:

Ground Floor

• Kitchen – Enlarge kitchen floor area, new internal walls and ceiling, kitchen and tiling.
• Bathroom – Renovate existing bathroom.
• Internal walls – Create new bedroom area.

First Floor

• Renovating two ensuites
• Creating a new master walk in robe
• Reconfiguring walls and creating an ensuite where the master walk in robe used to be.

External Works

•  Three new roofed entertaining areas
• Two new decks
• Sunken fire pit lounge area
• Concreting and tiling 
• Landscaping and artificial grass
